TERMS & CONDITIONS

Submitting Your Item
When filling out the form via your Seller Account, please share as many accurate details as possible about your item(s). This helps us provide the most accurate estimate upfront. All estimates are subject to change if anything not disclosed in the form is discovered once the item arrives (such as odors, stains, scratches, or other condition issues).

Our Offer & Consignment Payout
After you submit the form, we’ll email you our estimated quote for your item.
Once your item sells, your payout will be sent two weeks following the sale via direct deposit.

Consignment Term
By consigning with Luxury Anew, you agree to a 90-day consignment period, during which we will keep and actively market your item. If your item does not sell within 90 days, we will reach out to discuss next steps—either adjusting the price or returning the item to you. If you choose to have the item returned, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Drop-Off & Shipping
Once you accept our estimate, you may:
1. Drop off your item in person (by appointment, if you’re local), or
2. Mail it to us using our complimentary shipping label

Item Review & Final Approval
After your item arrives, we’ll review it again to confirm the condition matches what was
submitted. If anything impacts the value, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate. If you choose not to accept the revised estimate, the item will be returned to you and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. If accepted, we’ll proceed with our standard consignment process.

Authentication & Payout

All items are authenticated before being listed for sale. Luxury Anew maintains a strict anti-counterfeit policy. If an item is found to be not authentic, a $200 authentication fee will be charged and the item will be destroyed. Counterfeit items are not returned under any circumstances.

Once your item is confirmed authentic and sells, we’ll notify you and send your payout via direct deposit based on the agreed commission structure.
