SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 3 business days. Domestic shipments are typically sent via UPS, while orders to P.O. boxes are shipped via USPS. International orders are handled by DHL, where available. Oversized or overweight packages may require a different carrier.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (1–5 business days, depending on your location)

• Expedited Shipping (2 business days, regardless of destination)

We do not currently offer overnight shipping. If an item is needed by a specific date, please contact us so we can ensure a proper delivery date.

Please confirm the shipping address is accurate during checkout. We can only ship to the address provided.

Customers are sent a tracking number automatically when the order is fulfilled and are responsible for tracking the package during transit. Luxury Anew is not liable for lost or missing items once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the provided shipping address. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us for next steps.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout via DHL. Refunds will not be issued for packages that are refused, ignored, or classified as undeliverable by the carrier. Pricing does not include any applicable duties or taxes. If an order incurs duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for these fees, and Luxury Anew is released from any liability regarding these charges. Items are shipped with their full declared value.

 

 

RETURNS:

At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. As consignment pieces, once an item is sold, the consignor is paid and orders are considered final sale. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

Since most of our items are pre-owned (unless otherwise stated as 'brand new'), they may show signs of wear. Please review photos closely, using the zoom feature, before purchasing. Any flaws shown in photos that are not mentioned in the description are not considered misrepresentations. Please refer to our Condition Standards page for more details.

All items are guaranteed authentic. If an item is found to be counterfeit with third-party authentication or not as described, please contact us immediately for assistance. Notify us of any authenticity or description issues within 3 days of delivery confirmation.
